Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, content, courses, coaching, Reiki services, videos, or blogs offered by The Wounded Healer Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide personal-development and wellness services and content, including coaching, Reiki (in-person and distance), self-paced online courses, YouTube videos, emails, and blog articles. All offerings are for personal, non-commercial use.
Eligibility and User Responsibilities
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory (or have parental or guardian consent). You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
Purchases, Billing, and Cancellations
You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout in the stated currency (unless specified otherwise, Canadian dollars). You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Taxes and currency-conversion fees are your responsibility.
Digital products (for example, course materials) are generally non-refundable once accessed, except as required by law or where a specific offer states otherwise. Coaching or Reiki sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the booking policy displayed at purchase (for example, 24 hours’ notice). We may refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms.
International Use
Our site is accessible globally. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Access from regions where content or services are unlawful is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All site content, course materials, text, images, video, audio, designs, and compilations are owned by The Wounded Healer Inc. or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view for personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or derivative works are permitted without prior written consent.
No Warranties
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wounded Healer Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the site or services. Where such limitations are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wounded Healer Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Severability and Termination
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
