By purchasing or enrolling in Unbound: Healing the Mother Wound (“the Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Nature of Services

The Wounded Healer Inc. provides educational and self-development programs. We are not a licensed medical or therapeutic provider. Nothing in this program should replace professional mental health or medical care.

2. Payment & Access

Full payment (or an approved plan) is required before access. Login details are sent by email after purchase. Access is for personal use only — sharing materials or logins is prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at [email protected] . Refunds are not available after 14 days or once substantial content has been accessed.

4. Program Delivery

Content is delivered digitally through our private member area. New materials are released weekly. The Wounded Healer Inc. may update or modify content as needed.

5. Community Conduct

Our private community is a safe, judgment-free space.
Members must remain respectful, maintain confidentiality, and avoid harmful, promotional, or explicit posts. Breaches may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of The Wounded Healer Inc. and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own wellbeing. The Wounded Healer Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation.

8. Privacy

We comply with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA). Personal data is never sold or shared except as required for course delivery or legal compliance.

9. Termination

Access may be revoked without refund for violation of these Terms or community standards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
